How it works
Timeshare Purchase: Yacht sold in 4 shares, assigned exclusively to selected clients.
- Full ownership: each share corresponds to 1/4 ownership of the vessel.
- 10 weeks guaranteed each year: 5 weeks in high season based in Capri or the Amalfi Coast and 5 weeks in low season based in Capri, the Amalfi Coast or Castel dell’Ovo.
- Program with a duration of 4 years, with equal rotation of periods between the owners.

What is Yacht Time Share?
Yacht Time Share is a fractional yacht ownership model that allows you to save up to 75% compared to sole ownership. By purchasing a share of a vessel, you share its use with other owners, reducing purchase and management costs. The investment for the purchase and maintenance of the vessel is divided between four owners, selected by Infinity Italian Yacht.
This innovative system allows you to own a luxury yacht for pre-established periods during the year, following a calendar defined by IIY, with the possibility of exchanging or combining periods, ensuring maximum reliability.
With nautical time sharing, you have all the advantages of sailing without having to personally take care of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, summer moorings and winter storage, insurance, crew, fuel, cleaning, food, and other charges that normally fall on traditional shipowners.
Finally, at the end of the four-year period, Infinity Italian Yacht will take care of selling the vessel at the best market price, and the proceeds will be divided between the co-owners.
How it works
Flexible scheduling
Infinity Italian Yacht allows you to plan the weeks of use of the yacht with a pre-established calendar. You can also exchange weeks with other owners, modify or combine the periods of use and access boats in different locations, thus offering total freedom in planning your holidays.
Complete management
Infinity Italian Yacht manages all aspects of the vessel, from ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to moorings in the exclusive ports of Campania, through the organization of cruises in other regions of Italy and the provision of professional crew. The all-risk insurance covers any unforeseen event, and on-board services such as cleaning and sanitization are included, guaranteeing a carefree experience.
Possibility of leasing
If you do not use your quota for a period, you can rent it through an exclusive rental circuit. Infinity Italian Yacht, thanks to a large network of luxury charters, takes care of everything: from promotion to customer selection, to operational management of the rental, allowing you to recover part of the management costs effortlessly.
Guaranteed resale
After four years, the vessel will be resold through specialized brokers, with the possibility of recovering up to 70% of the initial investment. Professional management and high demand on the market guarantee a quick sale. Trade-in options are also available to upgrade to a larger vessel or opt for customized charter solutions.
Purchase of share
By purchasing a fraction of the yacht (25% of the boat), you become the owner of 6/24 carats of a yacht and have the right to use it during the pre-determined period each year. The fee includes all maintenance, insurance, mooring and assistance services, offering a worry-free luxury experience.

Infinity Italian Yacht manages the vessel, including maintenance, flexible booking, moorings, transfers and technical checks. Each co-owner has access to a dedicated daily assistance service 7 days a week.

Each co-owner has access to a pre-established calendar to plan the weeks of use, with the possibility of exchanging dates and advanced digital management to facilitate planning.
Economic optimization
Unused weeks can be rented, allowing for an economic return. Infinity Italian Yacht manages the rental, guaranteeing maximum yield and respecting Italian regulations. Notarial contracts ensure transparency and security.
Strategic exit
At the end of the usage cycle, the share can be resold, with a guaranteed market value. The co-owners have the right of pre-emption on the shares for sale, with the possibility of obtaining up to 70% of the initial value of the investment.
